Need information on KACE REST APIs to read, update and delete inventory information

Question

I have checked the documentation and I found the APIs to add inventory. However, after searching across internet and KACE documentation could not find any information regarding reading, updation and deletion of inventory through REST APIs.

Any help would be appreciated. TIA!
