Have a k2100

It experienced an unexpected shutdown and now wont boot.

It is asking to run fsck.

How do i do this?

Trying to boot to single user mode but ofcourse, do not have root access?

If you have a support agreement I would call them ASAP to look at the box.  They should be able to get to it remotely and fix it for you.

fsck should run automatically after an unexpected shutdown, you sure it was telling you to run it, not actually running it?
