When you run runkbot -s 4 0 the zero tells the system that you don't want to use the local version but get the latest from the server. It does that because it will never find version 0 locally. Hence the message.

So the problem you're dealing with is different. Does it have AMP connected? It cannot go get the latest kbot if it doesn't. have you turned on debug logging?

what does it say in your amp config?

Can the machine resolve the host?

debug is indeed enabled.

Then the kbots you have must be from a previous install. Try a runkbot 3 0 to update scripts

runkbot 3 0 seems to have created the necessary xml file now.
I am awaiting a response from our admin to see if its showing up now in the ORG.

That didn't seem to work. We ended up installing the 5.3 agent and that worked. We were on 5.2 before.
