New machine not showing up in ORG
Hey folks I've got an XP machine that I installed the kace agent on.
It's not reporting back into our ORG. I've done a few installs and reinstall's with no luck.
I have also run the runkbot 4 0 and 1 0 commands.
I'm seeing this over and over now...
[Thu Feb 23 11:53:46 2012] No kbots found (list): C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Dell\KACE\kbots_cache\kbots.xml
[Thu Feb 23 11:53:48 2012] AMPAgent Service : eventtype opcode=10
thoughts?
In my kbots_cache folder I have two .xml files that have file names of 1-129812144.xml and 4-1287158400.xml

When you run runkbot -s 4 0 the zero tells the system that you don't want to use the local version but get the latest from the server. It does that because it will never find version 0 locally. Hence the message.
So the problem you're dealing with is different. Does it have AMP connected? It cannot go get the latest kbot if it doesn't. have you turned on debug logging?

debug is indeed enabled.
I have AMP_CONNECTED
AMP_SERVICE_STARTED
it can resolve and connect to the host ( I had to remove the server name and replace it with XXXX's)
see below.
Target server address set to: http://XXXX:52230
