Not receiving daily run output for Dell Kace k1000

Hi,

I am not getting any emails for daily run output report from Dell  kace k1000.I am already  getting notification emails for device Inventory  part and also k1000 daily security run output report in my email box.

Kace version i am using is 6.4.120822.

Why i am not getting daily run output for Dell Kace k1000?

  • It is weird because as far as I know if you have the administrator email set up correctly that is the one taken for the daily security run output report and for the daily run output. So if works for one should work for both. For the sake of it check at Settings | General Settings | Administrator Email and make sure it is correct. - Ericenri 8 years ago
