Opened work orders by department
I need a report that will show all the opened work orders for the last month by each department. In my tickets, on the Submitter: line, when I click on the little logo of a person, it brings up the User Contact Info. In there, Custom 3: lists the users Department as listed in AD. I guess I need the report to query that field somehow???
