Patching Phase: Suspended

I just ran our first company wide patching job last night and I have several computers in a phase of suspended. What exactly causes a computer to reach a suspended phase?

At the bottom of your patch task, you can set the task to suspend after X minutes from scheduled start.

So if I set a scheduled start at 9PM and have a suspend task at 120minutes. Any task that didn't start or is currently running at 11PM while stop with a state of suspended. Correct?
