PC Symbol is crossed out although perfect accessible in LAN
I sometimes have the following problem:
A PC (agent is installed) is declared by the K1000 as offline
(PC symbol is crossed out in red).
However, the PC is perfectly accessible on the network and works perfectly.
Yes I also know how to repair the agent.
But I need a notification when a PC is in such a state.
It won't get any more patches and I don't want that to happen.
How do you solve this problem? Are there any best practices?

What steps are being taken for getting the agent to show back as connected?
Is the network between SMA and installed agent a LAN or WAN?
If an agent is connected and over time changes to a disconnected status then something is breaking the communication, the installed agent communicates over port 443 port with and system generated SSL certificate.
