Post installation task
I know this must be an obvious task, but how to do you add tasks to the Available Postinatllation tasks of a system image so that I can drag it from the right to the left?
I really did look in the manual and other places for the answer.

You need to first create it under Library > Post Installation Tasks. Once you've done that, it will magically* show up in the list
