Powershell Script Packaging

I'm creating my first PowerShell script with ASE and I'm having issues packaging it as an EXE. Do I need something in the Arguments field?
The EXE runs, but disapears after a second. The script it self functions when I run it from ASE, (with the ever annoying "External Modification" message).
