Problem capturing image from K2000???
Any one here have problem capturing or uploading sysprepped image into the KACE 2000??? I've been building images with Ghost and MDT2010 and never had problems.
My problem is that when the reference image is ready and sysprepped, I boot into the KBE to start up the image capturing process and it completes successfully. On my first attempt to deploy the captured image, it keep saying that this one file file size did not match or not expected and fails. I tried to log into the K2000 and delete that file / commit changes / and test again. The file that was deleted using the K2000 does not show up in the console but is still being copied down when deploying the image. I tried to find the manifest files but no luck.
I spend the entire week trying to figure out what exactly went wrong and I haven't had any luck. What i have tried so far:
1- imaged a pc using MDT 2010 with our production image , sysprepped, captured with kbox and fails to deploy with multiple unexpected file size.
2- imaged the pc again and ran scandisk, defrag, sysprepped, captured w kbox and still fails with the same error.
3- imaged the pc again, deleted the file causing error, scandisk, captured with kbox and fails again now wiht a different file with unexpected size.
Any one have any ideas what i did wrong?? I will try a fresh windows install next.. I need get the production image to work because it has all the custom settings and it will take me forever to dig out the changes.

A few troubleshooting thoughts...
Ensure you're purging unused Kimage files.
Are you wiping the disk with Preinstall tasks, or using the option to remove local files not in image? K2 doesn't do this by default like Ghost.
What is the specific server version of your K2? You should be using 3.3.36822.
