Product Linking between K1000 and K2000 not available?
I am unable to link my new K1000 to my new K2000 appliance. I have seen the documentation on how to achieve this BUT I can't get past step #1 "From the K1000, navigate to Settings>Control Panel>Linking KBOX Appliance Settings". There is no "Linking KBOX Appliance Settings" anywhere on the screen. I have prepped the K2000 for linking but there is no avenue on the K1000. I have logged in with an admin account and THE admin account with no difference. I have even tried changing the URL to match the K2000's by putting "/settings_linking" at the end of the URL for the K1000 but no dice. Surely this works, right? Is this a bug in the software? I am running the latest version of the code available at this time (v5.4.76847). Any advice?

Try logging in under system. I'm assuming you are using ORGs?
