Recent K1000 patches show in Catalog, are set active yet the Download Status says "not downloaded."
Recently the K1000 catalog showed recent updates as "active" but when I click to get details on the individual patch itself under "associated files" it shows the Download Status as "Not Downloaded". This started happening about a month ago and I'm not sure why. The size also shows as 0 so it isn't stuck in the download process itself. These are November 2017 updates so they aren't being superseded by other updates. All of the older updates are patching to recently imaged computers just fine so something has caused it to stop working. Under "Logs", I checked the Patching Download Log which appears to only retain one day's worth of information so it doesn't tell me about what's going on with the recent ones that haven't downloaded. This affecting all types of patches at this point including Windows, Adobe, Java and so on.

Go to Security › Patch Management,
Make sure the Signatures and patch status are Updated. (recently)
Go to Security › Patch Management › Patch Download Settings
Are you downloading All subscribed files or Files detected as missing? (or maybe disabled is selected)
If you are downloading Files Detected as missing, that means the Patch needs to be detected as missing for one device, or else it will not download the patch.
If you are sure about a device needing the patch, maybe check if the Detection schedules are working fine.
