Remove kagent from wim through the SDA
I've mistakenly captured an image with the kace agent installed so now when I deploy the image "Explorer" pops up at user login. Does anyone know of a way to remove the agent from my wim image through the SDA without manually uninstalling the agent and recapturing the image?

Hi, I would try going to the image and using the 'browse' button, getting rid of the SMA folders
It is my understanding that SMA folders are these:
C:\ProgramData\Quest\Kace - Configuration and log files are located here in Windows 7 and up.
C:\Program Files\Quest\Kace - This is where KACE executables reside if the client system is 32 bit.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Kace - This is where KACE executables reside if the client system is 64 bit.
Note: I've never tried this before, so I would duplicate the image before the process, and play around with the copy of the original image, just in case...

Hi ChorreraTownTech, thanks for your response. It's been a while..several versions ago but I think I've tried this before. If I happen to make this mistake again, I'll give this a try to confirm either way. If so, I'll respond with my results.
