Report for Tickets Created by Original Submitter in the last ##, grouped by Submitter
Didn't get a reply to this under the Report Requests Posting so I'm culling it out and posting it by itself:
Report for Tickets Created by Submitter in the last day, week, or month, grouped by Submitter
I can pull the tickets created for the last day no problem but I want to capture who created the ticket. For example did someone from the Service Desk create it from an incoming call, did a user create it by sending an e-mail, did a user create it by logging in to the system? Who is the original submitter? The submitter changes when the Service Desk technicians create the ticket from the Service Desk technician name to the person who the service is for so just pulling on submitter does not work.
Basically I want to capture the information that appears in the header of each initial comment for a ticket:
original submitter on Apr 21 2011 08:51:07 AM (via email)
Owners Only:
* Ticket Created
* Added attachment 'image001.png'
Any ideas?
