Report list all PC's that a specific software is not installed on them
Hi,
I have tried many SQL to run the report but I got wrong results. Can anyone help with report that list all PC's that a specific software is not installed on them, please?

Hi Ghamdifast,
there is no need to create a custom SQL report. You can easily filter your device inventory like this:
From here you can then clock on "Choose Action" and either export the results in the needed format or create a report out of this filter.

When I tried to export the search to excel file, I got an error page.
"Oops! Something went wrong.
What happened:
The KACE Systems Management Appliance has encountered an unhandled error. (more info)"

Does the error message look like this: "PHP Error: Uncaught Unhandled Exception in /kbox/kboxwww/adminui/computer_inventory.php on line 913: mysqli error: [1054: Unknown column 'timestampdiff(SECOND, MACHINE.LAST_INVENTORY, now())' "
I had the same problem. The cause was that I my order was on the column "Last Inventory". Try so sort your devices after their name oder something and not Last Inventory, Connection or anything like these. - abahelpdesk 4 years ago
