Report was deleted, need to recreate the Object modified by owner today report.
I'm new to KACE and was attempting to schedule a report (Service Desk - Object modified by owner today) but it didn't appear to run. I deleted it from the report schedules and it appears to have deleted the report. I need to recreate the report but I'm not sure if the report was built in or if it was custom. If it's possible to get the report back that would be great. If not I need assistance creating a report that will provide info on the service desk objects that were modified in "today" by owner.

What version of the SMA?
I am not familiar with any service desk report by the name of "Service Desk - Object modified by owner today".
If you offload your backup files on a daily bases from your SMA to local storage (highly recommended) since you use the service desk.
Here are some possibilities you may want to look at:
* One option would to restore the backup to an temporary virtual appliance, so you could export the report and import the report back into your existing SMA.
* Look at the existing built -in reports to duplicate and modify to meet your needs.
* Use the reporting wizard to create a new report or create a new SQL report.
* Contact Quest KACE Professional Services (fee based) for a quote to create a report.

This was not a standard, built in report, otherwise you would not have been able to delete it. If messing around with your backups fails to find the answer, and you have an old copy of the reports results, please post them on here and we can see if we can recreate the report for you.
