RSA with boot cd
At a remote site workstation will be using the KACE boot cd due to some pc's can not pxe boot. How will the boot cd know where deploy it script install from. Is there some config that needs to be done on the boot cd? I want to make sure it will deploy the script install from the remote site and not the main site.

The boot cd will still require option 66 (or 244) to locate the KBOX.
If these options are not set (probably not if your using a CD) then you'll need to modify the startnet.cmd.
Support should be able to help with stuff like this.
If your feeling brave, you can mount the wim inside the cd and modify startnet yourself.
