Rule to validate malformed cc list addresses
Purpose: The cc list is subject to human error because it is a text field. This rule will make sure that the cc list contains only properly formattted email adddresses. If they are not formatted correctly then the cc list is wiped and the owner is notified of the problem
Pre-requisites:
tested on 5.1
Installation:
Unzip and import the attached resource into your helpdesk and enable it.
Post-install configuration:
Make sure it runs after any other rules that manipulate the cc list
