SCAP benchmark for Windows Server 2012 R2

Recently we started getting licenses for our new servers with Windows Server 2012 R2. We'd like to automate scanning for vulnerabilities, but thus far it's been very difficult to get a good SCAP benchmark to run against them. What I've been able to figure out from Microsoft is that we're supposed to download the Security Compliance Manager and export the benchmark into SCAP. At this point, KACE won't take the benchmark that has been exported. Is anyone else having the same problem or know of a workaround? Thank you!

  • We are attempting to upload our custom benchmarks from CISecurity and also from the recommend repositories and are seeing issues as well. - sultryninja 5 years ago
