Scripted ID changes during 6.0 Upgrade

I have several KBEs configured using the Default Deploy utility and it appears that the IDs for my scripted installs all changed during the upgrade to 6.0 of the SDA. Is this a known issue? If it is a known issue then I suggest adding a note to the release notes or the download page for the update that this will happen.

Answer Summary:
The upgrade refactors the database. This is mentioned in the upgrade notes but does not explicitly say that ID numbers will change.

This is by design as the database was refactored during the 6.0 upgrade to make code changes easier with the release of things like Custom Deployments and Task Groups.  I know it was in the release notes, but not the specifics, just that the database was refactored.  The new default deploy that was released allows for custom deployments as well.  Apologies for the inconvenience.
