Scripted install with multiple tasks issue
I'm trying to install oracle 11g R2 64bit and 32bit, with tns listener files. It doesn't get past the first task, even though the log says successful. If I run it again, it then goes to task 2 and so on. Here is my first task. Is there a way to force it to start the next task?
Task 1
Verify Verify that the file “C:\oracle\64bit\product\11.2.0\client_64\BIN\orabase.exe†exists.[/align]Verify that the directory “C:\Program Files (x86)†exists.On Success Log “Oracle 11g R2 64bit client already installed.†to “statusâ€Â.
Remediation Launch “\\servername\applications$\Oracle 11g R2 64bit\setup.exe †with params “-waitforcompletion -nowait -force -silent -responseFile â€Â\\servername\applications$\Oracle 11g R2 64bit\response\client_install.rsp“â€Â.
On Remediation Success Log “Oracle 11g R2 64bit client installed successfully.†to “statusâ€Â.
On Remediation Failure Log “Oracle 11g R2 64bit client unable to install.†to “statusâ€Â.
then there is a Task 2 (32bit install), Task 3 tns listener copy
