Scripting sytntax for registry edits

I seem to be having some difficulty using the wizard when trying to verify, and modify registry keys. I have a few other ways of doing what I want utilizing scripts that are pushed out via the Kbox. Does anyone know if we can use vbs or kix scripting with the kbox?

As far as kix scripting, would I need to push down a kix32.exe client to each PC in order to run each script? Thanks for your time.

VBS can definitely be done, and if Kix requires that program then you could make it a dependancy in your script and it would get pushed down when needed. What are you trying to get from the registry that a custom inventory rule isn't doing?
