Is it possible to change/remove the dell logo from the Server Alerts which pop up on client machines?

You can go to
settings > control panel tab > General Settings link
from there scroll down to the logo's section and you can then overrides logs for the user portal, reports and client (agent alerts).

you need to wait for the "scripting update" to run on the PC :) then it should change

I performed the following, and it worked a treat:
1. Update the graphic
2. Have my test machine check in, for updates to the various settings
3. Run a test alert
4. get this:

Thanks for the reply. I added our logo to the client option and then sent a test script to my self and the kace logo was still there. Any ideas?
