Setting up 32 and 64 bit installs of Office 2010
We made a decision to go 64 bit on as much as we could and ran into an issue with a custom Office plug in that is not compatible. As a result we are about 85% 64 bit, and the rest of our Office 2010 install base is 32 bit. With a Windows 7 rollout, we initially installed Office 2010 standard 64 bit - and a few 32 bit. Now we need to upgrade to Office 2010 Pro Plus. However, we have 64 bit and 32 bit installations to upgrade, but the Software title and versions (from a K1000) are both exactly the same on both 32 and 64 bit installs. How can I set up two different distributions from a K1000 properly?
