Setup Alerts to Server Monitoring on K1000 from Windows Diagnosis-PLA Events

New to Kace1000.

I am trying to setup a disk alert using Diagnosis_PLA for disk free space. I have the Performance Monitor in place, Alert is tripped. Performance counter \LogicalDisk(_Total)\% Free Space has tripped its alert threshold

It shows as level Informational. How do I get it to an Alert Level to send info to K1000 Server Monitoring?
