Single/Multi Machine Provisioning

Hi,
I have approx 400 nodes checking into the kbox. Approx 80 of them are on the older agent version 5.1.31821 and when I try to update them to the newer version from the kbox management console it appears to have worked but in fact the agent never upgrades. But if I go to the machine in question and run the kinstaller setup locally the agent updates fine. Can anyone think why I cant upgrade the agent from the management console as Im trying to avoid visiting 80 pc's ?

Thanks

Can you clarify the symptoms behind "[provisioning] appears to have worked"?

the best way to update agents is to enable the automatic updates and not re-provision have you tried that?

Hi thanks for your quick reply. What I meant was by "appeared to work" was when I provisioned the update via the single host provision screen it came back as successful but agent never actually updated.
I then tried the agent updates from Kace console. This worked perfectly. Thanks again for pointing this out. Still relatively new to the KBOX 1100 and still finding my feet. :)
