Snooze problems...
Hi,
We have runned Detect and Deploy patch schedules with following options:
Alerts:
Alert User Before Run: X
Alert Dialog Options: OK/Snooze/Cancel
Dialog Timeout (Minutes): 15
Dialog Timeout Action: Snooze
Snooze Duration (Minutes): 30
Alert Message: Updates waiting to be installed. Press OK to continue.
Show Patch Progress: X
Patch Progress Message: Patching is in progress. This window will close automatically upon completion. Please wait...
Patch Completed Message: Patching is completed.
Reboot Options
Reboot Mode: Prompt User
Reboot Message: Reboot Required for Patching...
Message Timeout: 15 (minutes)
Timeout Action: Reboot later
Reprompt Interval: 30 (minutes)
And here is where trouble begins...
When user press Snooze, alert dialog disappear and patching is starting right away without any snooze time and
same problem if user press Cancel, alert dialog disappear and patching is starting...
Reboot dialog seems to work as expected.
Agent version in use: 5.3.47657

We have been having that exact problem with a script we use to hibernate our computers in order to save energy. Since the update, no matter which button a user pressed the script would run right away. I got in touch with support and they couldn't recreate the issue so I sent them the KACE logs from my computer right after this occurred. This was days ago and I still haven't heard anything back yet. Sorry, maybe not helpful, but this does seem to be an issue with 5.3. Maybe it will be fixed in the update that's supposed to be coming this month.

We also have shutdown scripts run immediately no matter which sleep option is chosen in the alert dialog with agent 5.3.47657.
