Miscellaneous

This may be a bit shallow, but it is driving me up the wall. How do you sort the required "Location" list in the service desk - tickets entry? The person that implemented it put all the items in a random order so I am constantly looking for each location and it is very tiresome. I know that I can type the location name and it will shorten the list to make selection easier, but I would so much like to be able to look at the list in alphabetical order.
