SQL Works in all Queues except one - Cannot identify the problem

We have multiple queues that use custom rules to send out email notifications for various reasons. The code is very similar in all queues and up until the last update work with no problems. Now, the code is giving an error in one queue only. The line is exactly the same in all queues so I cannot figure out why this one would generate an error.

05/16/2019 09:30:02> Starting: 05/16/2019 09:30:02 05/16/2019 09:30:02> Executing Select Query... 05/16/2019 09:30:02> mysqli error: [1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'FROM HD_TICKET /* latest change ***/ JOIN HD_TICKET_CHANGE C ON C.HD_TICKET' at line 37]

Here is the code that is used in this particular queue. The section that is triggering the error message does not trigger an error in other queues and does not involve custom fields. Those are standard fields for all queues. Why would it cause a problem in only one queue?

You have a comma here:

CAT.NAME AS CATEGORY,

I'm betting that the rule in the other queues includes more columns being selected after that, but there aren't any here.
