Anyone know if it's possible to enable SSO for the software lib/helpdesk ?

Are you looking for pass-through authentication, or more simply integrating AD/LDAP authentication?
If you want option 1, that is not possible right now. If you are looking for option 2, it can be enabled under Settings > User Authentication.

ok, thanks, we are using AD authentication, but was hoping for some pass-through authentication somehow :)
