Ticket Column Labels
Hello,
I am looking for a way to alter the column header in the ticket system. I would like to remove the "Just numbers, no symbols" from the Phone # or at least shorten it because it takes up much more room than needed.

You can drag and drop the column name to reorder, and you can click on the gear icon to remove a column. However, you can not change the display format of the column.

The heading that you are talking about "Just numbers, no symbols" will usually be the title of the field in the Service Desk configuration, so to remove the text will mean renaming the field title.
ServiceDesk > Configuration > Queue "Customize fields and layout" will get you to the right place to edit the title
