Time between Custom Status
Dear all,
I have changed the Status to what I needed but the Original Status is on its own place, Example: I have following Status,
New = Stalled
Assigned = Open
In Progress = Open
Pending = Stalled
Close = close
Now what I want is to Calculate time between New to Assigned, Assigned to In Progress, In Progress to Close, I am not able to do it, I only can Calculate Created to Open, Open to Close, even I am not able to count when a ticket goes in Pending from any Status, can someone help me to find a solution to have this done, I need it very urgently,
I will be very happy if I find any solution for this[:)]
