Trouble logging in to KACE with mobile app
I'm currently part of a team developing a mobile app for KACE (we use K1000 to manage our Technology Services Desk). We intend to have the user log in, after which they should be able to view or edit their tickets or submit new tickets. However, we can't seem to currectly log in to the app. Does anyone know an easy way to do this?
Alternatively, we've looked at submitting an http request using kbox.grinnell.edu/userui/check_login.php?user=tremblay&password=pass but we don't know what to call the fields user and password. Thanks!

Colin, KACE is working on something right now that might help you. I'll see if I can get someone to reach out to you. Don't think we're ready to share code yet, but might be able to offer assistance or fill you in on our plans.
