Unable to find model Driver Feed
We just ordered a Dell Mobile Workstations M2800 with Windows 8.1. When I look at the K2000 driver feed, I can only find Windows 7 for this machine. Should there be Windows 8 drivers?
Assuming I'm searching correctly, and they are not available, can we create them with the Driver Feed tool? I've updated drivers with the tool, but never created from start.

You can use the driver feed builder to capture and add your drivers. You can also just manually add them to the drivers_postinstall folder. Run this script to find the path the drivers need to be saved in:
\\yourk2000\drivers_postinstall\feed_tools\driver_feed_discovery_tool.vbs
as long as your drivers are in the path identified in the script they will work in the feed...
I've noticed even when using the driver feed builder to still run the script to make sure the path created will be recognized by Kace...sometimes it doesn't match what the builder creates.

See this KB:

So please open a ticket with KACE Support to update the feed. - Nico_K 9 years ago
