Unexpected Shutdown after Patching Reboot
Fellow Ninja's,
Does anyone else get the "Unexpected Shutdown" window asking for a reason on their servers after patching? Happens to me on Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2. I searched for a KB on KACE but came up with no answers.
It's not a huge deal, I just wanted to see if there was anything I could do about it... and make sure I wasn't doing anything incorrectly.
Thanks for the help.

you can disable that since you know it is because of the patching

Thanks for the suggestion. I had considered that. We decided that we didn't want to completely disable the shutdown tracker. Does anyone else see the same thing on their servers? What's been your method of dealing with it? - getElementById 9 years ago
"Unexpected Shutdown" is a big deal to my idea... - dedenker 9 years ago
