Uninstall previous versions of Office and then install Office 365 2016
K1000 System Management Appliance version 6.4
What I can currently do - as separate instances
Deploy an Office 365 2016 32bit
Deploy Uninstall Office 2010
Deploy Uninstall Office 2013
What I would like to do - as one instance
Deploy Uninstaller to remove and version of Microsoft Office and then Deploy an Office 365 2016 32bit
Currently I am using the IT Service Desk Option to create User Downloads with Office Click-To-Run Configuration XML Editor to install and MicrosoftEasyFix to uninstall. I find this the easiest way to test and deploy.
My questions
Is this even possible using K1000 System Management Appliance version 6.4?
If Yes then what is the best practice method for doing this?
Thanks

You will need a good script in order to achieve that...
Or maybe one script to remove all and a second script to deploy your X version of Office.
As an example starting point for the first part, please see this thread for a conversation on removing Office 2010:
