URL for viewing all queues but one
Hello,
I have a URL bookmarked to view all tickets from all queues, sorted by TIME_CREATED:
http://k1000.myserver/adminui/ticket_list.php?BY_STATE_TICKETS=all&QUEUE_ID=ALL&ORDER[]=sort_TIME_CREATED&ORDER_REV=1
Now, I would like to have a URL to view all tickets from all queues, except 1 (QUEUE_ID=27). Is that possible?
