Use K2000 to PXE boot and run post install task
I've used the K2000 to deploy images to machines by setting boot actions, it works well. I am curious if I can somehow schedule a machine to boot up and just run a post install bat file to make registry changes then reboot.
Ultimately what I'm looking to do is WOL a large number of machines, have them auto login once as Administrator then begin running a batch file that removes a bunch of novell products and joins a domain. I have everything working except the initial Administrator login... This would greatly speed up the migration (6 guys need to do this to 6000 machines this summer).
Thanks for any input! Also, if it's something that could be done with the K1000 I do have both units and they are both up to date.
