User Field Type Custom Field and Reports - How to display the Name of the User
I set up a custom field in KACE that is Field Type User. I am referencing this field in a Kace report but instead of the name of the user (Which is displayed in the ticket) it is bringing up the KACE ID of the User, which isn't what I'm looking for. I would like the name of the User to be displayed.
And if is possible I would like to know how to get the Login and Email of the User to be displayed in the report as well.

You will need to link the USER field to you HD_TICKET field in the report, if you do the join on HD_TICKET.SUBMITTER_ID and USER.ID you will then be able to pull in USER.NAME and USER.EMAIL to show what you would like.
