User Import not working for single user
Hi Guys,
I'm attempting to import a user from our AD to K1000. I've imported other users without any issue but K1000 will not import this particular user. If I use the LDAP browser I can drill down and find the account. When I get to the final screen K1000 shows me the account under the heading 'Users with invalid data, will not be imported'. I've compared the user account to similar accounts but cannot see a difference. Anyone any suggestions?

Compare all the attributes to a user that the appliance allows for import. It could be an invalid email address, samaccountname, objectguid, etc. Make sure that the attribute fields have valid data and are mapped properly.
