Users without an asset associated

Hi, 

How can I create a Report that brings to me all the users without an assets associated. We used just the Assets module and not Inventory, the updates are not in real time and for help us we need that report. 

I tried in SQL but i failed.

SELECT USER_NAME, FULL_NAME, COUNT(ASSET.ID) AS ASSETCOUNT
FROM ORG1.USER
LEFT JOIN ASSET on ASSET.OWNER_ID = USER.ID
GROUP BY USER.ID
HAVING ASSETCOUNT = 0
