Viewing Service Desk tickets with organizations
I have divided the company up into three organizations. Each have their own ticket queues. As an admin, is there a way I can log in to the default organization and see all of the combined tickets in one view? Is there a way to set up a custom view so that I can see all of these in one view?

That's what I expected. It's like a parent with three children and sending them all to their rooms. I want to be able to sit in the living room and monitor them all. I don't want to have to go down the hall and peek in to each room.
I'm going to look in to Reports and see if there is something useful I can pull out of there. Thanks again.
