What is the best way to track the end of life of a computer in kace
Is it possible with the asset management to tell me when a computer's ship date is x years old and we need to change it?

Yes, if the “ship date” is showing in inventory you could use that, if not you could use the created date, when the agent was installed as a guide?
Why not create a report using the wizard that tells you when that created date is 6 years ago and then schedule the report to run every month, tick the box that says only send the report when there are results.
You will only get a report when there is a machine older than 6 months.
