Best Practices

So I mainly have no issues importing assets as long as the "Assigned to" field is to one user account named inventory.

But when I want to import assets that are assigned to different users with a first and last name, the records are continuously rejected. Even after selecting to use Username. Was just wondering why these records aren't importing? And if there is a way to get it to work!
