KACE Product Support

Hi Im K1000 administrator at my company.

We are having some problems with Windows updates (a very common thing as everybody knows)....i tried to solve it many ways before i ask the question here.

I allready deleted the updates installers from the route: Windows\Software distribution\Download. I cleaned Temporary files, windows registry, download one by one.

But the problem persist, every time we reboot the computer revert changes.

The download updates are managed by Kace Agent

I just want to know the route or the name of the folder where Kace Agent leaves the updates installers.
