We use KACE for patch management. Simple question, will the K1000 receive Windows 7 Pro Extended Security Updates after January 2020?

unlikely since you need a special contract with Microsoft for that.
This means, they are not "free" for a feed.
Special patches, which are made aviable for major bugs will be avaiable.
At least this is how it worked after the support end of W2k, WiXP and WiVista (and their server equivalents)
If you have purchased the extended support with Microsoft (ESU), and followed their directions to ensure the computers are recognized as ESU machines, then KACE Patching can continue to work for them.
