Via Hyper-V within a Win10-Ent-x64-LTSC 2019 tower-PC (v-switch) to real a switch
OS = Win10-Ent-x64-LTSC 2019 (sys-prepped) Hardware-error (which makes no sense - unless physical [wall and/or switch] port connections fail)

No Media Manager
FIX = Connected CAT6 direct from Tower-PC (with Hyper-V and VM-image) to Switch to KACE 8.1 - After BSOD (or two), KACE slows capturing. One capture took 4 hours.
Perhaps also an OS service or NIC protocol inhibiting flow
