I noticed one thing when I was looking in the "SQL Select Statement:" section. You have this listed "and DISPLAY_NAME like 'Microsoft Office%'". I do not know much about SQL but I think there should be a "%" before "Microsoft". I could be wrong, but when I changed it, the report created an additional 4 pages for me. The only reason I noticed it was because I am trying to learn how to use SQL and I was going to try and edit the report to create a different output. Sorry if I am incorrect!

I think there should be a "%" before "Microsoft".
I assume that in the end you have this:?
DISPLAY_NAME like '%Microsoft Office%'
That means any software with the string "Microsoft Office" somewhere in the display name
DISPLAY_NAME like '%Microsoft Office%'
This means any software with the string "Microsoft Office" at the beginning of the display name
case comparisons are not made for pattern matching in our database.
