Use the vendor "Deployment" builder utility from the installation media to build the deployment folder under a network share. The vendor documentation describes how to run a silent/unattended installation using SCCM by the /W switch (e.g. "<path>\AdminImage\setup.exe" /W /Q /I "<path>\AdminImage\<deployment>.ini" /Lang en-US). However, this will NOT deploy DirectX in the same sequence, so it will fail even if other DirectX 9.0c packages have been installed. You will need to package or deploy the DirectX 9.0c bundle separately and ahead of the vendor setup.exe in order for it to work properly. The vendor deployment will however take care of installing other missing components such as VC++ 2005, VC++ 2008, MSXML 6, WSE 3.0, and .NET 3.5 SP1. It just won't handle the DirectX 9.0c component installation without some hand-holding.
