In order to create a package use the Network Installation Wizard that can be found on the autocad 2005 CD in \Bin\ACADFeui\Support\AdNIW
You don't have to use the Network Install Wizard to deploy this package via GPO. Instead, you can just copy the ACADFeui directory to your network share, and then edit your mst to add the ACADSERIALPREFIX and ACADSERIALNUMBER as per your serial number.
